"Nobody about zafu, nothing under zafu, not even zafu." They say that the Buddha Sakiamuni made a cushion with dry leaves with which to swing the pelvis favoring a deep breathing and greater stability and adopt the most convenient meditation posture.
The Zafu Towada (meditation cushion) is the place where we sit and let ourselves be, it´s the "desk" from which we study ourselves...forgetting ourselves.
